Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (ping, tracert, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Portugal
