Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist
Location: Braga, Portugal


We are hiring an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients for computer systems, hardware, and software issues. You will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and educating users on how to utilize technology efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Educate clients on using computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant field
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with computer hardware components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
As an entry-level position, we offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
