Back-End Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic development team in Braga. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying our company's website and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP, as well as experience with web development frameworks like Django or Laravel. A passion for creating efficient and scalable back-end systems is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Design, code and modify our company's website and web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to back-end functionality
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code review sessions to ensure code quality and consistency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience with web development frameworks like Django or Laravel
- Knowledge of database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Braga, Portugal
