PHP Developer



Our growing tech startup in Braga is seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable web applications using your expertise in PHP programming. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure high performance and security
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of front-end design elements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a PHP Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming language and frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing e-commerce websites or other large-scale applications
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Prior experience working in a startup environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This is an onsite position located in Braga. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for Portugal.
