QA Engineer

We are a rapidly growing tech company in Braga, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through various testing methods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and accommodation can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests
- Identify and report software defects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previously fixed defects do not reoccur
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve product quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Appium
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Knowledge of SQL database management
