Junior Developer - Braga, Portugal


We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Developer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software systems, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and implement new software features
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications
- Write clean, efficient code following best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across projects
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database design and SQL
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in software development
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Experience with version control systems such as Git

Salary:
$1000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
