Junior Game Developer

As a Junior Game Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of new game ideas, features, and mechanics. You will work closely with the senior development team to create high-quality games that are visually appealing and engaging for players. This is a full-time position located in Braga, with a starting salary of 1100$. We welcome applications from individuals without prior experience in game development, as long as you possess the necessary skills and passion for gaming. We also provide free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior development team to brainstorm new game ideas and features
- Assist in the design and implementation of game mechanics, levels, and user interface
- Code gameplay elements using industry-standard languages such as C++ or Java
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a smooth gaming experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our games

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
- Knowledge of C++, Java or other relevant programming languages
- Passion for video games and the gaming industry
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
