Job Title: Teamlead in Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Your main duties will include setting team objectives, monitoring progress, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on time
- Set clear goals and objectives for team members, monitor their progress, and provide timely feedback
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks within the team
- Ensure effective communication within the team as well as with external stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
