We are currently hiring for the position of Teamlead in our Braga office. This is a full-time job with a competitive salary of 1600$. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our team and drive success in our company.

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to help them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in team management, preferably in a similar industry. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. A strong understanding of project management principles is also necessary for this role.

In addition to your team management responsibilities, you will also be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. This may include participating in meetings with other departments, providing reports on team performance, and identifying areas for improvement within the team.
