Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Teamlead or Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and on time
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Valid visa sponsorship available for all nationalities
