Team Lead - Braga, Portugal

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees in Braga, Portugal. You will oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure that they meet their goals and objectives. Your main role will be to provide guidance, support and motivation to your team members in order to help them achieve success. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to team members
- Set goals and expectations for the team
- Monitor performance of team members and provide regular feedback
- Identify training needs and develop plans to address them
- Motivate and inspire team members to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with other teams/departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from customers or team members
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in a leadership role (team lead, supervisor, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
