We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery within our company. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project goals and objectives and ensure they are aligned with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently
- Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to keep projects on track
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software/tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)

Salary:
1500$ per month

This position is based in Braga, Portugal.
