Entry Level Typesetter
Location: Braga, Portugal



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Entry Level Typesetter to join our team in Braga. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing documents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design and an eye for detail to kick start their career in the publishing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure consistency in layout and design
- Use software programs such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress to create documents
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, and design principles

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
