We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through online communication channels such as email, chat, and video calls.

In this role, you will use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must have excellent knowledge of online tools and platforms. A background in sales or customer service is preferred.
