Online Consultant for International Women's Empowerment Program in Braga, Portugal


We are searching for a compassionate and dedicated Online Consultant to join our International Women's Empowerment Program in Braga, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to women from all over the world who are participating in our program.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with program participants to discuss their personal and professional goals
- Provide coaching and guidance on topics such as career development, self-care, and empowerment
- Utilize online resources and tools to assist participants in achieving their goals
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to participants during one-on-one sessions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new resources and workshops for program participants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a consultant or coach with a focus on women's empowerment
- Strong understanding of gender issues and intersectionality within the context of international development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
