Job Title: Moderator - Braga, Portugal


As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, forums, and social media platforms. You will work closely with the community members to ensure a positive and engaging environment, while also enforcing community guidelines and policies. Your role will involve identifying and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate online communities and social media platforms to ensure a safe and positive environment for all members
- Monitor discussions, comments, and posts to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Engage with community members to foster a sense of belonging and encourage positive interactions
- Address any disputes or conflicts that may arise within the community
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for growing the community
- Provide regular reports on community activity and engagement levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in moderating online communities or managing social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proven track record of successfully building and engaging online communities
- Familiarity with different moderation tools/platforms is a plus
