As an Equipment Operator in Braga, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform a variety of tasks on construction sites. Your primary role will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper function
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure maximum productivity
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Read and interpret job plans and specifications to determine work requirements
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including fuel usage, maintenance logs, and production reports
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in the construction industry
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read job plans and specifications accurately
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
