Equipment Operator
We are hiring a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Braga. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment while adhering to all safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and safety regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate various pieces of heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment, such as refueling, changing attachments, and lubricating moving parts
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor regarding job tasks, progress, and any issues that may arise
- Keep work area clean and organized

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or other heavy equipment in construction or related industries
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting minor issues with equipment
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
