Senior Architectural Designer



We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet the requirements and expectations of our clients. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of architectural design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Evaluate project feasibility and advise on potential design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of junior designers and provide guidance when needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
