We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Determine the materials, cost, and time estimates for construction projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets design specifications and stays within budget.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect.
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software is required; experience with 3D modeling software is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
