Junior Industrial Architect

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Industrial Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and engineers to design and plan industrial buildings and facilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to develop effective industrial building designs
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for building projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of industrial building design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial architecture or related field
- Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainable design practices
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
