Architecture Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Braga. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various architecture projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control is maintained

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architecture Project Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$
