Responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and clients. The successful candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in Portuguese is required. Salary for this position is 900$ per month.
