Job Title: Senior Architect - Braga, Portugal



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our growing team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards
- Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and functional designs
- Conduct site visits and prepare accurate measurements and drawings
- Create detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables before submission to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects in Portugal
