Senior Architect - Designing and Overseeing Projects in Braga


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing various projects in the city. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet the project's requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and create design proposals
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong project management abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in Braga or Portugal
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
