Job Title: Fitter for Own Visa Jobs in Braga, Portugal


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. You will work on a wide range of projects in different industries such as construction, manufacturing, and transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the layout of mechanical systems
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, tape measures, or marking gauges
- Cut, shape, and fit materials using hand tools or power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, or welding equipment
- Weld or solder parts together to form a complete unit or structure
- Install mechanical components such as pipes, valves, pumps, motors, and bearings
- Test installed equipment for proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Repair or replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a relevant field (construction/ manufacturing/ transportation)
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in fitting work
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/TIG/stick)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
