We are a busy floral shop in Braga, seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. As the Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and corporate events. Your main duties will include designing and arranging flowers, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for flowers and excellent design skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1300$. Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating stunning floral arrangements
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborating with team members on large events or projects
- Ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in floral design
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a busy florist shop or event planning company
- Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency in using floral design tools such as wire cutters, stem strippers, etc.
- Knowledge of current industry trends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
