Restaurant Manager (Visa Sponsorship Available)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Braga. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial goals. We offer visa sponsorship to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions to achieve revenue goals
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to maintain cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and managing budgets
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
