Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Braga, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through effective management of staff, resources, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling shifts
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative menus that cater to different dietary preferences
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred
