Part-time Construction Manager

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Part-time Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in our company based in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work on a part-time basis, with flexibility in their schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Supervise construction team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and labor for each project
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and concerns
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Procore
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time work

Salary: $1500/month (based on experience)
