Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You must have a Biometric passport and be able to travel internationally as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, including procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues
- Manage project resources effectively and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to travel internationally as needed

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
