Office Assistant in Braga
A reputable company in Braga is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents and reports for internal meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
