Office Assistant - Braga, Portugal
We are in search of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Braga. As an Office Assistant, you will provide support to our office operations and assist with administrative tasks. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory stocked
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours if needed
