Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and surveys of land areas. You will use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information. This position requires a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and tools
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important information
- Prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and results
- Adhere to safety regulations while working in potentially hazardous environments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- In-depth knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members

Location: Braga *Portuguese nationality preferred

Salary: $1700 per month
