Merchandiser - Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in our retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products are accurately represented and effectively promoted.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Plan and execute product displays, promotions and events in retail stores
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques and promotional strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of current merchandising trends and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be able to travel within Braga regularly
- Must have valid work authorization in Portugal

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
