Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers to ensure proper execution of product displays in stores.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan promotions and create visually appealing displays.
- Communicate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels in stores and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
- Analyze sales data and make adjustments to merchandising strategies as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
- Experience in supervising a team is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for data analysis purposes.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is located in Braga, Portugal.
