- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any special requests or dietary restrictions with care
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and equipment
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Neat appearance with good personal hygiene
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
