Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders promptly
- Ensure accurate orders are taken and delivered to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with poise and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and correct orders
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal without visa sponsorship
