Land Surveyor Assistant

Our company is seeking a Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist the lead Land Surveyor with various tasks such as collecting data, conducting measurements, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Land Surveyor in conducting surveys and collecting data
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS to measure distances and angles
- Prepare accurate drawings and reports based on collected data
- Perform quality control checks on collected data
- Maintain equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for international travel
- Ability to work without prior experience in land surveying
- Studying or interested in studying land surveying or related field
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Good physical fitness and ability to carry equipment
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Familiarity with surveying software is an advantage

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Braga, Portugal (accommodation provided)
