Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using industrial dishwasher
- Ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out garbage
- Maintain inventory of dishwashing supplies and notify supervisor when supplies are running low
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of the kitchen during busy periods

Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
