We are in need of a capable Handyman to join our team in Braga, Portugal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on various properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains and fixing leaky pipes
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Repair or replace broken windows, doors and locks
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, tiles, and flooring
- Paint walls, ceilings, and trim as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing snow/ice
- Assess the need for repairs or replacements and make recommendations to property owners/managers

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but handyman experience is preferred
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be physically fit as this job requires heavy lifting and manual labor
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
