Job Title: Sales Representative - Braga, Portugal



As a Sales Representative for our company in Braga, Portugal, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining sales of our products to potential and existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets through excellent customer service and effective communication. This role is suitable for both men and women who have a passion for sales and are driven to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking events or referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Understand the needs of clients and provide appropriate product solutions
- Present, promote and sell products using persuasive techniques
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure sales
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions and follow-up actions in CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, pricing strategies, and market trends

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the same industry (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
