Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the designated area. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct regular sales visits to current and potential clients
- Present product features, advantages, and benefits to customers
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with customers
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the same industry (experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients at all levels
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel within the designated area for regular client visits (valid biometric passport preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must have a valid driver's license
