Part-Time Office Manager in Braga



We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Braga. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Book travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable/payable
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, and materials preparation
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
