Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities at our hotel in Braga. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the overall success of the hotel's revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in hotel sales, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends
- Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel
- Stay updated on competitors' rates, promotions, and services to remain competitive
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation abilities
