Seasonal Concierge in Braga, Portugal


We are currently hiring for the position of Seasonal Concierge in the beautiful city of Braga, Portugal. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay at our seasonal property.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all guest needs are met

Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary but hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local area and attractions preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
