As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at our luxury property in Braga. You will assist with a variety of tasks including making reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions and events, and handling any requests or concerns that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of our guests will ensure an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with check-in/check-out process
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment, etc.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain knowledge of all property amenities and services
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep lobby area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
