Temporary Concierge in Braga, Portugal

We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for restaurants or other activities as requested by guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
