We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team in Porto. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's computer systems, networks, and hardware/software
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data, including backups and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to recommend solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing a team effectively
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful IT strategies
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
