We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Porto. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's computer network and systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the network is secure, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including hardware, software, and necessary configurations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of system failure.
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor network security to protect against any potential threats or breaches.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Create user accounts, assign permissions, and manage access levels for various systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements to the network infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software such as Veeam or Acronis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.

Salary: $1000 per month
